Your shop's hisaab,
on the phone.
Hisabnex keeps the ledger on the phone, speaks in the words the counter already uses, and shows the one number that matters at the end of the day: what was actually earned. No internet line, no forms.
Made for the counter, not the back office
Most shop software assumes a steady internet line, a monthly fee and someone who enjoys filling forms. A kirana store, a chemist, a cloth shop or a hardware counter has none of that to spare. Hisabnex is the shop-counter part of the Wheatron product line — nothing here needs an accountant to set up.
Billing, stock, khata —
and the real profit
Every bill updates the stock and the khata by itself, so there is no second register to keep.
Sale Bill in Seconds
Retail or wholesale rate, discount per line or per bill, cash, UPI or bank — then a PDF or thermal bill, on WhatsApp too.
Receive Stock
Every supplier bill writes a lot with its own buy, selling and MRP rate — and adds the unpaid amount to the supplier's khata.
Stock by Lot
Stock left per item and per lot, low-stock badges, returns to supplier and damaged stock kept apart.
Customer & Supplier Khata
Who you will get money from and who you have to pay, every bill marked paid, part paid or due.
Daybook & Stock Ledger
Every sale, purchase, payment and correction in order — and each item's movements with a running balance.
Real Profit Report
Sales minus the buy rate, discounts and damaged stock — by customer, by item and by category.
Backup & Restore
One tap writes the whole ledger to a file. Restore it on a new phone, or export Inventory and Daybook CSVs.
Built for Your Shop
Tick your shop type and only its categories and units show up — by piece, weight, volume, pack or metre.
Receive Stock, and a sale takes them out of that same lot.A day at the counter, start to hisaab
Button names are the ones the app shows, and the in-app guide explains each step in Hinglish or English.
Pehla din First day
Pick your shop type, add the shop name for the bill, and start with a demo item — one purchase and one sale — to see how it all connects.
Naya item New item
An item is just a name and what you measure it in. It is made once; stock and rates arrive with the goods.
Maal aaya Receive stock
Enter the supplier bill: qty and buy rate per line, or the whole-lot amount. Each line becomes a lot with its own rates.
Bechna Sale bill
Add items or quick-scan, pick the lot, take cash or UPI. Whatever isn't paid goes to the customer's khata as due.
Hisaab End of day
Cash in hand, today's profit and what the khata owes — all on the first screen, with the daybook behind it.
Every screen, as it looks on the phone
Setting the shop up, buying, billing, the khata, the stock and the profit at the end.
Shaped around your kind of shop
Tick what you sell and only those categories are offered. Skip it and the basics are still there.
Kirana / Grocery, for example
Loose rice, dal and sugar sell by weight (kg). Packets sell by piece or pack. Oil by volume (litre).
40 bags of rice at 25 kg: Qty 1000 kg at ₹88. Only a total on the supplier bill? Enter the whole-lot amount, ₹88,000.
A customer takes 5 kg: Qty 5 — the rate comes from that lot's selling rate by itself.
Your hisaab, on your phone
The Ledger Stays on the Phone
Bills, stock and khata are kept on the shop's own phone. Nothing leaves it unless you export a backup.
PIN & Fingerprint Lock
Require a PIN on launch, unlock with a fingerprint, and a PIN is asked again before a bill is deleted.
Nothing Changes Silently
A deleted entry reverses its stock and khata, and every stock correction is written down with its reason.
